THIN, THICK, AND THIN AGAIN

Controlling viscosity and extruding material into the mold cavity is a totally new approach. Don’t think about injection. Think extrusion. 

Using the X2F low pressure, pulse packing approach, you have the power to fill cavities that would otherwise be considered crazy to even try.

You can pack out very thin walls (.01 inches), 90-degree corners, and complex molding geometries. Many of our clients struggle to pack out the complicated features of their parts using injection molding. Think about it: by continuing to pack plastic into after the initial fill, you add density and weight to the finished part.

In the process, you eliminate sink out of the part. Since it happens at low pressures, no flashing required.
